A driverless shuttle links the terminals in about 2 minutes, running around the clock. At the wrong terminal? Allow roughly 15 minutes door-to-door to switch.
Where your driver meets you
Pre-booked BA Transfer 中文 drivers wait in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board once you clear baggage reclaim — and we track your flight, so early or late, the driver is there.
