How to invite your friends

Fill in your details
Enter your name and email address in the form above. This lets your friend know who referred them.

Add your friend's email
Enter the email address of the friend you want to invite. You can add up to 5 friends at once using the "Add Another Friend" button.

Add a personal message (optional)
Write a short note telling your friend why you recommend us. This will be included in the invitation email.

Click "Invite Friends"
We'll generate a unique £10 discount code for each friend and send them an invitation email straight away.

How to claim your £10 off

Check your email
You'll receive an invitation email from BA Transfer 中文 with your personal £10 discount code (e.g. REF-A1B2C3D4). Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

Click the link or note your code
Click the "Book Your First Journey" button in the email to go straight to our booking page — your code will be applied automatically. Or, copy the code to use later.

Book your journey
Search for your airport transfer, choose your vehicle and fill in your details as normal.

Apply your code at checkout
If you clicked the email link, the discount is applied automatically. Otherwise, enter your REF code in the "Voucher / Discount Code" field at checkout to get £10 off.

Where do I find my discount code?
Your friend needs to invite you using the form on this page by entering your email address. You will then receive an email from BA Transfer 中文 containing your unique discount code and a direct booking link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
How do I apply the discount code?
There are two ways: (1) Click the "Book Your First Journey" button in the invitation email — the code will be applied automatically at checkout. (2) Book normally on our website and enter the code manually in the "Voucher / Discount Code" field on the checkout page before paying.
How long is the code valid?
Each referral code is valid for 90 days from the date the invitation was sent. After that, the code will expire and cannot be used.
How many friends can I invite?
You can invite up to 5 friends at a time using the form. There is no limit to the total number of friends you can invite — simply come back and submit the form again to invite more.
I was invited but didn't receive an email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find the email, ask the person who referred you to re-send the invitation using this page, making sure they enter your correct email address. If you continue to have issues, please contact our support team.
Can the code be used more than once?
No, each referral code is for single use only. It can be applied to one booking by the person it was sent to. Each invited friend receives their own unique code.
